LCF’s CSR Institute Conducts 5-Day PDIMEAL Workshop to Strengthen Impact-Driven CSR Programs

The League of Corporate Foundations – CSR Institute successfully conducted its Program Development, Implementation, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (PDIMEAL) Workshop held from May 18 to 22, 2026 at the 2F, Sun Life Centre in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

The five-day capacity-building workshop brought together CSR, sustainability, and development practitioners from various organizations to deepen their understanding of how to design, implement, and evaluate impactful social development programs. Through interactive discussions, practical exercises, and collaborative learning sessions, participants gained valuable tools and strategies to strengthen their organizations’ community initiatives and improve program effectiveness.

Hosted by Sun Life Foundation, the workshop was made possible through the support of Ms. Kristine Dianne C. Millete, Executive Director, and Ms. Reiza Ayla M. Bañega, Lead for Programs, Partnerships and Governance. The sessions were further enriched by the expertise and guidance of Ms. Pam Castro and Ms. Raiza Cusi, who facilitated the five-day training.

Participants shared how the workshop provided practical and actionable insights that they can immediately apply in their respective roles and organizations.
