Ms. Rosita Mangona serves as a classroom teacher for 27 years at Tomas Claudio Memorial Elementary School at Morong Rizal. Took her master’s degree at Tomas Claudio Colleges year 2008-2010, and continue her personal growth and development in imparting and uplifting the quality education, as Doctor of Education at University of Rizal System Morong Campus, year 2010-2012. In 2015 she became the School Head at Talaga Elementary School Sitio Talaga Maybancal Morong Rizal, Dr Rosita is also a Home Economic ( HE ) Consultant at Morong District.
