The 2019 LCF CSR Expo Program
The goal of the 2019 CSR Expo is to highlight collaboration among business, government, and civil society as a means to achieving collective impact. Its objectives are to:
SHARE. To share insights and best-fit practices; INSPIRE. To bring people together for a common purpose; and EMPOWER. To provide a platform for collaboration.
Thus, this year’s CSR celebration will highlight the theme “Toward Collective Impact: Collaborations that Work!”. It is about connecting people to more opportunities to work together and sustain efforts in light of calls for inclusive development and collective impact in addressing Philippines’ pressing socialissues, particularly poverty.
A two (2) day conference will be held at Jose Rizal Hall, Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Pasay City, Metro Manila. Sessions should be immediately after plenary and breakout.

Toward Government and Private Stakeholders’ Collective Impact on Quality Education.
Despite many challenges, public-private partnerships have resulted in improved education outcomes. For years, CSR/foundations have continuously engaged with the Department of Education, DSWD, CHED, TESDA, CSR/foundations and individuals to help improve literacy and economic opportunities. As more collaborations happen and with more money invested in educational intervention programs, it is imperative to take a look at their collaborative impact and translate learnings to policies and actions.
Presentation of real-life models of collaboration by the private sector that work with government, school and communities that successfully implemented collaboration-building strategies will be shared. We will listen to their stories and learn what made their collaborations work.
