(SBFI) responded to the call of the Department of Education (DepEd) Legazpi City, Albay to rebuild schools devastated by Typhoons Rolly and Ulysses. With peak winds of around 215 kph, many residents had to leave their homes and seek shelter in public school classrooms that were converted into evacuation sites.
