Ms. Rory Tolentino is an independent consultant who provides training, technical assistance and expert advice to non-profit organizations in the Philippines, the US, and Asia on a broad range of issues and activities, including strategic planning, development and management of non-profit organizations, corporate social responsibility, grant making, proposal writing and fundraising. She is currently providing consultancy services to the Radiowealth Finance Corporation in crafting and launching their corporate social responsibility flagship program. She also sits on the Board of Aboitiz Foundation, San Miguel Foundation, and Peace and Equity Foundation, among others, and is a member of the LCF Advisory Council, having served as its Chair from 1998-2002.
She wrote the second volume of Vignettes of Transformative Leadership, about the impact of the work of 30 Ramon Magsaysay Laureates in Asia, as part of an engagement with the Ramon Magsaysay Awards Foundation. Rory was Chief Executive of the Asia Pacific Philanthropy Consortium, Executive Director of both Ayala Foundation and the Philippine Business for Social Progress, and Director for Special Programs of the Child and Family Services in Honolulu, Hawaii. She earned her Masters’ Degree in Social Work from the Columbia University in New York.
