LCF conducted its CSR on the Go – CDO session from 9am-5pm on September 5, 2024, at the Pearlmont Hotel in Cagayan de Oro City.
Mr. Sebastian C. Quiniones, Executive Director of Pilipinas Shell Foundation, Inc. and LCF Chairperson, and Ms. Bella Quimpo, Executive Director of Del Monte Foundation, Inc., delivered the Welcome Remarks. Mr. Shem Garcia of Vivant Foundation, Inc and LCF Vice-Chairperson; Ms. Joanna La O and Ms. Rebeka Paller of Jollibee Group Foundation; Mr. Ryan Vidanes of Conrado & Ladislawa Alcantara Foundation, Inc.; and Mr. Garret Nolasco of Ayala Foundation, Inc. also spoke and presented during the session.
39 attendees representing 23 organizations attended the session.
Through CSR on the Go, LCF reaches out to corporate foundations, organizations, private companies and business communities outside of Metro Manila and provides them with a deeper understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR). CSR on the Go also facilitates the learning and sharing of best practices in delivering social investments and open opportunities for networking and partnership building among the participants. It also aims to recruit more companies to become CSR practitioners.
