Medal of Recognition

About the Medal

LCF was established in 1991 to promote Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practice in the Philippines and enhance the capacity of practitioners in this field.

For many years, LCF has organized the Guild Awards to celebrate and uphold good CSR practice as embodied in exemplary projects and programs organized by its members.

As LCF approaches its 30th anniversary, it now also works to celebrate good citizenship beyond its membership and to promote social responsibility beyond its ranks.

Through the Medal of Recognition, LCF seeks to recognize and promulgate impactful and beneficial initiatives undertaken by non-LCF member organizations in their respective spheres and communities.

The Medal of Recognition is open to for-profit corporates/enterprises and corporate foundations. It will honor exemplary initiatives of non-member organizations across seven thematic areas: Arts & Culture, Disaster Resilience, Education, Environment, Enterprise Development, Financial Inclusion, and Health.
