Mr. Tristan H. Macapanpan is a professor in the Ramon V. del Rosario Sr. Graduate School of Business (RVR GSB) of De La Salle University.  He teaches Operations Management, Management Science, and Management of Innovation courses.  He is currently the course director of the Post-Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management Program. He also held the positions of Vice-Dean, Director of the Professional Development Center and Research Director of the RVR GSB. 

He has taught in the College of Business Administration and the Technology Management Center of the University of the Philippines Diliman, University of Asia and the Pacific, and the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.  Prof. Macapanpan has presented papers in both national and international fora and has been a resource speaker and/or facilitator in seminars and training programs for various firms and organizations including Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. and Bank of Commerce.

Prior to teaching, he has held management positions in the Procter and Gamble Philippines, Solid Mills, Inc. and Pagdanan Timber Products, Inc. where he was Executive Vice President and General Manager. He has established several enterprises.  He was also the Punong Barangay of White Plains and First Vice President of the Liga ng mga Barangay, Quezon City Chapter.  He is a past president of the UP Alumni Engineers, the Rotary Club of Sta. Mesa, the Capitol Jaycee Senate, the White Plains Homeowners Association and the Beta Epsilon Alumni Inc. 

Prof. Macapanpan has degrees in B.S. Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, UP and Master of Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management.  He is a candidate for a degree of Doctor of Business Administration.
