Mr. Ronald N. Gaspar is presently the head of the Education Sector of Toyota Motor Philippines Foundation. He has been with Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation since 1990 and was placed in charge of several departments such as the Production Control Department and Project Administration Department for car models Corolla, Revo and Camry, among others.
    
In 1990 he was part of the Study Team sent to Toyota Motor Corporation-Japan to study Material Handling System & Logistics, Production Planning & Control System, Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) and Heij¬unka (leveled) Production. At that time, he also co-wrote the Toyota Motor Philippines Corporations’ Material Handling & Logistics System. In addition to this, Mr. Gaspar has been chosen to represent Toyota as the Philippine Delegate to Japan in 2002-2004, & 2007 to the Asian Productivity Organization. In years 2003, 2004 and 2007, he also presented the Country Paper in the conference. He has presented papers on Labor Management (2001), Challenges to Increase Employment (2003), Role of Civil Society Organizations in the Productivity Movement (2004) and Corporate Social Responsibility (2007). In 2008, Mr. Gaspar received recognition from the Production and Operations Management Association of the Philippines and for the Development Academy of the Philippines.
