Mr. Rommel Tambunting Juan at present is the president of native food chain Binalot Fiesta Foods and General Manager & VP for Sales & Marketing of a jeep body builder & exporter MD Juan Enterprises. He was at the forefront of organizing an all-Filipino group, the Association of Filipino Franchisers, where he is currently the President. In the automotive world, Mr. Rommel is Vice President for External Affairs and concurrently Director for Trade Missions & Exhibits of the Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturers Association of the Philippines. As part of its core group, he helped conceptualize, develop and finance the Philippine Utility Vehicle, ang sasakyang tunay na Pinoy. Gawa ng Pinoy, para sa Pinoy.

In February 2008, Binalot received a prestigious Anvil Award of Merit from the Public Relations Society of the Philippines and the Centennial Prize in the worldwide 2007 UPS Out-of-the-Box Small Business Contest. In addition, he was awarded as one of the Top Ten Entrepreneurs by Entrepreneur Magazine in 2005.

Mr. Juan obtained his BS Marketing degree from De La Salle University and his Master in Entrepreneurship diploma from the Asian Institute of Management.
