Mr. Jimmy Ayala joined Ayala Land in January 2004 as Executive Vice President and member of the Management Committee, becoming President on July 1, 2004. Concurrently, he is Senior Managing Director of Ayala Corporation. His other significant positions include: Chairman of the Board of Directors of Avida Land Corporation, Ayala Property Management, Cebu Holdings, Cebu Property Ventures & Development, Community Innovations, Laguna Technopark, Makati Development Corporation and Station Square East Commercial Corporation. Mr. Ayala is a Member of the Board of Directors (and President) of Ayala Hotels, Alabang Commercial Corporation, Ayala Greenfield Development Corporation, Bonifacio Land Corporation, Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation and the World Wildlife Fund. Prior to joining ALI, he spent 19 years with McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Jimmy Ayala earned his M.B.A. from Harvard, graduating with honors in 1988. He completed his undergraduate work in 1984 at Princeton University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in Economics, with a minor in Engineering.
